Well hey guys it’s Nick Waite. I’ve been having a very good time on ministry tour and it will make a memorable last year. I am not going to talk about much but I’ll to my best to hit on some of the topics that people have not. First of all I would like the say John Beed has a new nickname. It is beat um up Beed. John Beed is doing great and in fact, I am sitting by him right now. I asked him if he would like to say anything and he simply shook his head. There really are so many memories on this trip but one of my favorites was tricking Dan Beirne. If you do not know already, Dan and I have been playing djembe together and each concert I like to tell him the wrong order of the songs. He never believes me but the other day I got him to go up and talk about the song that he had prepared with the choir 5 songs before he was suppose to. It was a victorious day! I’ve also made some incredible relationships and I hope to keep them through the years. Everyone on this tour as made it such a positive experience and I couldn’t ask for anything better. I am going to go take a nap but I’ll see you guys in a couple of days.

Regarding Nick's favorite memory… little does he know that I was deliberately enacting a common practice in youth ministry. In an attempt to make Nick feel special (and witty), when I noticed his feeble effort to dupe me, I submitted to his trickery, and acted as if I was tricked. I, of course, was not ACTually tricked. That would be preposterous. Nick's resulting laughter was quite memorable, as he had his face buried in his hands on the drum. But, my fellow drumming friend, the last laugh is MINE!!! Moo hahah!!!!!
Even if I did make all of that up, at least I made you re-think your tom foolery! (insert vilannous laugh here…).
Smiley face,
Dan
